April is Plank Month!

During the month of April we will be hosting a "Plank Challenge" for our members at DF. Here is how it works: 

Starting April 1st, you will hold a plank for 20 seconds, then every few days you will add more time seconds. By the end of the month you will work up to 300 seconds (5 minutes). Then on April 30th we will hold a "Last Man or Woman Planking" Contest - the person who can hold a Plank the longest will win a special prize! Make sure to pick up your Planking Time calendar from us at the front desk.

Monday, March 31st is opening day for our Pittsburgh Pirates and the start of the 2014 baseball season. Sport your favorite Pittsburgh Pirate t-shirt on Monday to be entered to win a prize. Let's Go Bucs!

Just A Reminder
Most of you have been doing a great job scheduling for your sessions, but we just wanted to remind everyone to keep on scheduling for all of your sessions (Small Group and Team) so that we know how many to plan for and can provide you with the best workout experience possible.
