Defined Fitness Tip of the Week ViPR Snatch

In this weeks edition of the DF Tip of the week we look at ViPR Snatches. This exercise helps to progress you to a Bar Bell Snatch. This move takes explosive strength, meaning the more explosively we can move the leaner and healthier we are. Emphasizing one of our training philosophy beliefs Train Explosively.
