Tip of the Week - ViPR Training

ViPR's are here! The ViPR is the newest tool in our fat loss arsenal, the unique design allows for the body to be trained while a weight (or mass) is being moved or shifted through space, which makes all of the bodies muscles work together as one unit, much like everyday activity.
